The exterior cladding for the Hearing House is underway; with the roof 95% complete!

A pop of colour for the new museum and library in Foxton!

Level two is underway at The Hearing House in Greenlane, with the exterior wall framing getting started. The roof is due to be complete in two weeks.

The curtain wall glazing is ongoing at the Plant and Food Hamilton building in Mt. Albert, with level three now underway.

The new services configuration can be seen here also, with a ‘saddle bag’ dropping down the side of the building, this will be finished with a perforated aluminum screen.

Construction on the Park Hyatt hotel is racing along, there are two cranes on site, the basement is almost complete, and the steel structure in place in one quadrant. The structural steel includes full height continuous columns which are 22m long!

The new facility for the Hearing House in Auckland’s Greenlane is making great progress, with steel framing going up on levels one and two, concrete block walls and in-situ concrete all underway.

The new library and museum complex in Foxton is making great progress!!

  

This is a detail of one of the elevations of the Park Hyatt Hotel, which is currently under construction in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter. Due to be complete by the end of 2018.

Construction of the new library and museum in Foxton is progressing rapidly, the form of the pop out mezzanine area is now clearly visible.
