Pete making a point during his presentation at the Facilities Management Summit 2017 at Villa Maria, Auckland. Amongst other things Pete stressed that architecture is generated from good ideas, and that buildings have a ‘soul’ which needs to be understood by the operators and managers, to ensure ongoing health and viability of the facility.
