Amongst other things Pete stressed that architecture is generated from good ideas, and that buildings have a ‘soul’ which needs to be understood by the operators and managers, to ensure ongoing health and viability of the facility.

Pete is one of the many talented New Zealand architects featured in the article Grand Tours in the recent Architecture NZ magazine. The article focuses on architectural sketches made whilst travelling abroad.
